According to “The Pulse Of Radio”, Wolfgang Van Halen, Van Halen bassist, will be “doing it all” on his first solo album. As reported by “Van Halen News Desk”, Wolfgang will be playing all the instruments himself.

Since 2015, Wolfgang has been sharing photos and videos from the studio on his Instagram account.

While ago, Eddie Van Halen’s son told to “The Pulse Of Radio” that his ability to play various instruments gave him the ability to do what he wants on his solo project.

“I mean, I feel like it’s just kind of open-ended,” he said. “I feel like since I can play drums, bass, guitar and kind of sing, I guess, I can kind of just decide whatever I want to do. I mean, I’ve always loved the whole Dave Grohl story of how he started Foo Fighters — just did a whole demo album by himself.”

Eddie Van Halen described the project back in 2015 by saying that it sounds like “AC/DC meets Van Halen meets aggressive pop”. He added: “It’s a little of everything and sounds like a freight train coming at you. I’ve never heard anything quite like it. It’s so powerful that I’m jealous.”

No official statements have been given on when the album will be released.
