Nuclear Blast Records has become one of the leading record labels for independent heavy metal bands and artists. With many emerging and established bands currently under the Nuclear Blast banner, the stakes are now getting much higher for all the right reasons, as the label has partnered up with one of the world’s top independent distributor, ADA (Alternative Distribution Alliance).
ADA is currently owned under the Warner Music Group banner, and with their now standing partnership, ADA and Nuclear Blast Records will mean great things for their line of bands.
With the new year underway, bands that are under Nuclear Blast will have a full year of hopeful success, as they get ready to release their upcoming studio albums. One of which is metal powerhouse Machine Head, who is gearing up to release their newest studio album, “Catharsis”, on January 26 via Nuclear Blast/ADA.
“We are excited to enter a new chapter in the history of Nuclear Blast,” said Markus Staiger, managing director and founder of Nuclear Blast. “Having been with the Warner family for over 20 years in Germany and other territories in Europe, this seems as a logical step. Looking forward to much success with the ADA team!”
“We look forward to contributing to the legacy of Nuclear Blast and its incredible roster and we couldn’t be happier to extend their footprint in the Warner family across the globe,” said Eliah Seton, president of ADA worldwide.
